What information we collect

Intelnum does not require account creation. We collect two categories of data:

• Analytics data — page views, referrer, device type and general location via Google Analytics 4. This data is aggregated and not linked to individuals.
• Newsletter email — if you subscribe to our newsletter via the sign-up form, your email address is collected and stored by Beehiiv (our newsletter platform).

How we use it

Analytics data is used to understand which content is useful and how visitors find the site. Newsletter emails are used solely to send the Intelnum newsletter. We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 cookies to measure site traffic. These cookies do not identify you personally. You can disable cookies in your browser settings or use a browser extension to opt out of GA4 tracking. We do not use cookies for advertising or retargeting.

Third-party services

• Google Analytics 4 — web analytics. Governed by Google's privacy policy.
• Beehiiv — newsletter delivery. Governed by Beehiiv's privacy policy.
• Affiliate networks (Awin, PartnerStack, Impact) — affiliate link tracking. These services may set their own cookies when you click an affiliate link.

Data retention

Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months per GA4 default settings. Newsletter email addresses are retained until you unsubscribe. We do not store any other personal data on our servers.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you. To unsubscribe from the newsletter, use the unsubscribe link in any email. To opt out of GA4 analytics, install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. For all other requests, contact us at hello@intelnum.com.

Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of Australia, including the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
